Creating a World You Want to Live inAt the turn of the millennium, there was much concern about
the possible calamities that might arise from our dependence on technology and
our distance from the natural world. Thankfully,
the dire predictions did not come true. Yet,
2 years later, the world stands in the shadow of tragedy.
Is our collective consciousness already tuned for disaster and ignited by
the fury on Sept. 11? Is the entire
planet ready to accept a long protracted war that is waged in the name of peace? If all combatants claim God is on their side, how difficult
is the position of our Creator? Is
there still an opportunity for hope? What has amazed me most is the rapidity with which so much of the world entrained with the darkest part of the human spirit, hatred. As shown below, pain and retaliation oscillate in complementary entrainment. So the question is, in current world conditions, how do we
“create a world we want to live in?” Knowing
that the negatively entrained pattern is very stable, how does one contribute to
changing it in a positive way? In this newsletter, instead of claiming which side the
Creator is on, I want to cultivate change by supporting some positive works that
have come to my attention. In my
opinion, they foster the brighter side of Creation Books: “Peaceful Earth” compiled by Lisa Hepner.
Lisa submitted an article based on the book for inclusion
in “Thoughts Beneath The Trees” He article can be
read on our site and her book can be purchased at the url below. “Entraining to
Wealth” by Kay Stoner
Kay’s makes entrainment a practical application.
Her workbook includes thoughts from many people, which she deepens with
her own insight. Perhaps we could apply the same method to entrain to peace.
Her workbook is available at: Local Workshops & Lectures: These
events are included for people in the Central Kansas Area and vicinity.

However, joining our voices in a call for balanced energy use will contribute to world stability and peace. http://www.rebfile.com/kennedyappeal.htm Music: “Beacon In The Night” by Owl This album is by some friends of mine with long histories in the Music industry. The album is very eclectic but the first song “Take My Hand” is one of the best-written songs I’ve heard. It lifts my heart and touches my soul. I am pleased to have designed the album cover. As spring approaches, we are planning events at Coyote
Oaks. Due to a lot of planting and
development work, we will have fewer events this year.
Last year’s heat taught us not to take on more than we can take care
of. However, we will have several
drummings and repeat the Creativity,
Healing, and Shamanism Workshop. I
will also be hosting the Creativity
and Contemplation in Carpathia Tour for The Undiscovered Lands.
This tour visits several interesting spots in Transylvania and Moldova
and concludes with contemplative time in the Carpathian Mountains. Energy follows thought as surely as images flow from the mind of an artist, through the brush, and onto the canvas. The intention of this writing is to direct energy away from recent events and back towards creating a world we want to live in. Creative acts inspire creative acts. I look forward to hearing your acts that may inspire others. The winners for the Fall and Winter Quarters are:
